• Mr Hector A. Wainwright has been appointed a director of Dennis Motor Holdings and Dennis Bros Ltd and has been made chief executive of the Dennis group. Mr Ian Wilson, former managing director, has left the company. Mr Wainwright comes from David Bridge and Co Ltd, Rochdale, specialists in heavy machinery manufacture.
