DENATIONALIZATION of road haulage should bring with it an increased measure of co-partnership between employers and workers, and increased opportunities for new cntranits, said Mr. Hartley Wilkinson, a vice-chairman of the Road Haulage Association, at the second . annual dinner of the Association's Devon and Cornwall Area, held at Torquay, last Friday.
