• The use of common-rail technology is now widespread in diesel engines. However, it is a complex system and both time-consuming to test and expensive to replace,
To overcome this problem, A P Diesels has introduced the CRT 1000 to the workshop and service centre market, which will test and diagnose individual components irrespective of manufacturer. Using a test bench, a workshop technician can test the injector performance at any acceleration level, the high-pressure pump, the plunger shut-off and the diesel regulator valve, in a matter of minutes.
