AN ORDER for a second bat 100 ckd double-deck bus kits for Singapore Bus Ser (1978) Ltd has been wo, Walter Alexander & Co (C4 builders) Limited, of Falkirk.
The bodies, which will b sembled in Singapore, are fitted on Leyland Atlan: AN68/2R chassis and will bi livered from September 191 the rate of 20 per month.
Alexander, which expo 518 double-deck kits to the v of £7.5m between April 1980 March 1981 was awarded Queens' Award for Exr Achievement.
