MR. W. F. FRENCH, managing director of the United Service Transport Co., Ltd., recently completed 50 years' service.
MR. L. W. DENNIS has sailed for Canada to take up his appointment as managing director of Cape Asbestos (Canada), Ltd., Toronto. This company was formed earlier this year. Mr. Dennis is also chairman of the North American Asbestos Corporation, Chicago.
MR. R. C. MAUNDER has been appointed Crosskeys area manager of the Western Welsh Omnibus Co., Ltd., in succession to MR. C. S. RICHARDSON, wha has become traffic manager_ of Jamaican Omnibus Services, Ltd. MR. T. C. WHITE is to take over the Barry area managership, and MR. S. HARRIS the Cardiff area managership. Mr. White was formerly Cardiff area manager and Mr. Harris traffic manager of the South Wales Transport Co., Ltd. MR. R. Cox, personnel and record officer of St. Helens Transport Depart ment, has been appointed deput transport manager at Rochdale.
