BIRMINGHAM-based Hanger Investments Ltd has taken over Stoke-upon-Trent truck hirer VH Self Drive Ltd. The E1.95 million deal will give Hanger immediate entry to this market sector. VH has 1,000 medium vans and heavy commercials in use throughout the country.
