write to you regarding the excellent way I was treated when a problem arose with my car while in Warrington on 9 April.
I run a Vauxhall Cavalier and had an unfortunate problem with the oil cooler pipes, and contacted the local Vauxhall agent, to be told the problem couldn't be sorted out until Monday morning.
I happened to be very near the Hino Commercial Vehicle Distributor and called in to use the phone. When I explained my problem they didn't
hesitate to help and within half an hour my vehicle was back on the road.
[just think that they deserve praise for looking after a total stranger when Vauxhall were not interested. With this sort of co-operation I would not hesitate to buy Japanese equipment in future.
