HE Transport Tribunal on Tuesday I adjourned for three months a decision on an appeal by Mr, E. J. C. Lytham, of Quarry Road, Stoneycroft, Liverpool. Mr. Lytham was advised to get legal help.
He was appealing against the refusal in 1959 of the North Western Licensing Authority to grant him a renewal of an A licence for three vehicles.
After Mr. Lytham had made various allegations, the Tribunal president, Sir, Hubert Hull, told him that the Tribunal could not decide on disputes between him and the company now operating his vehicles, or a solicitor who, he claimed, had sold the vehicles contrary to instructions.
"My advice to you," said the president, "is not to get yourself into a state where you will spend the rest of your life in litigation."
