0 n this week's truckstop feature (page 48) you can read about singer Lesley Curtis, who entertained drivers at BP's Alconbury truckstop with her two-hour show featuring classic songs from rock, country, blues and musicals.
Thanks to Lesley's generosity, the Hawk is able to share this experience with you. I have six tapes of Simply the Best to give away: a cassette featuring eight of the numbers from Lesley's truckstop show. Included is seventies favourite, Stairway to Heaven, made all the more refreshing by being sung by a female vocalist.
To win one tell the Hawk who recorded the original version of this creaky classic and which Australian entertainer recently revived the tune with great success. Answers on a postcard by 14 May.
