Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Are you hankering for 5cwt of free coal, water and £5 expenses ? Then present your steam-powered machine at the First South Yorkshire Transport Rally, which is being held on September 28. It really does seem to be a rally year ; perhaps the fine weather has brought all the oldies out of hiding.

The South Yorks event (contact : D.C. Tummon, 57 Harley Road, Sheffield) is but one of many featuring old commercials and steam vehicles this summer. Buses, too, are getting a special airing. For instance, Bristol City's busmen are organising their first bus rally (this weekend, August 31, Canon's Marsh car park) which is something of a busman's holiday — the chairman is a working busman, George Beamish.

A week later, on September 7, West Riding and Yorkshire Woollen companies are host to the West Riding Wulfrunian preservationists, and the Dewsbury central works will be open to the public.

Although the latter is a bus affair, no doubt topical tears will be shed at the news that BLIVIC is ceasing Guy truck production. A sad event.
