Morris plans to discuss his ideas at a conference 0f union representatives early next month in Blackpool.
In his election manifesto Morris said he wanted to start a campaign for 'justice for drivers" leading to minimum standard agreements with employers and commitments to job security.
Morris won 159,000 votes; his challenger, Jack Dromey, received 100,000 following a voting turnout of some 30%.
Morris will now stay in the post until his retirement in eight years time.
