The first firm order by a British company for container space on the UK-Australia container-ship service which Overseas Containers Ltd. will start next February has been booked by a magazine and book distributor. This is Gordon and Gotch Ltd., which has reserved capacity for 400 tons of publications on the first sailing.
Gordon and Gotch is the company which handles exports of COMMER CIAL MOTOR and other Temple Press Ltd. publications to Australia, and elsewhere.
