Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The East Pakistan Road Transport Corporation, of Dacca, has just introduced its first double-deck buses. Six are now in service and will be followed progressively by 44 similar vehicles, now under construction.

The chassis of the 50 buses are 18ft fin. wheelbase Guy Arab Mk V models, fitted with AEC AV505 8.19-litre engines derated to 135 bhp at 2,200 rpm to suit local conditions. Transmission is via the Daimler fourspeed Daimatic semi-automatic gearbox and the rear axle ratio is 5.6 to 1. Special equipment includes a Clayton-Dewandre 28-point automatic chassis lubrication system.

Chassis and bodies were shipped to East Pakistan in component form. The light alloy body components were supplied as straight lengths and flat panels, these being formed, drilled and built up locally. All body parts, including interior fittings, were supplied by the British Aluminium Co. Ltd.
