EASTERN PROMISE WITH THE IFTA • The Freight Transport Association has produced a handbook for international operators called the Manager's Guide to Eastern Europe Road Freight Operations.
The guide contains profiles on Eastern European countries and operational and customs information.
It will be updated three times a year, and costs 230 to FTA members.
