The Frlbro front-end tipper and rear-end hydraulics share the same 150-litre oil reservoir.
Ingham renews the UCC lowpressure filter and checks the appearance of the oil. Only if it has become blackened is it renewed, otherwise it is merely topped up.
To change the filter, simply shut the supply off using the bail valve tap under the tank, undo the securing nut and remove the cover carefully.
Always check the condition of the small sealing washer and the threads of the brass captive nut, taking care not to overtighten it.
