Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

REGARDING THE Moto clamping saga, when are drivers going to wake up to the fact they don't have to use these places? Moto or any other motorway rest area that operates a clamping policy does not deserve the custom, so why on earth do people still use them?

There are lots of fuel and rest stops off the motorway that are much more deserving of your custom than Moto and the others. If you don't know where they are, it's about time you did. The way I see it is that the motorway rest areas are just as much a part of the motorway network as the hard shoulder and the three lanes — which we already pay for.

At the moment you can rest there only if you pay — no money, no rest. I would much sooner pay to use the toilet and shower than have the present system. Places like these should be welcoming, and good, reasonably priced food should be available — if it were. people would use them.

Instead, on arrival you are greeted with signs everywhere telling you that you will be clamped etc. We drivers have the power to change things for the better. Boycott these places — hit them where it hurts. At the moment, illegal immigrants are treated better than UK truck drivers. After 41 years on the road I'm glad I've only got four years left.

Remember, you and only you have the power to change things.
