• In a written decision D. Wilcox, of Sandbach, and D. J. Barrett, Nantwich, who, when applying for a 50-mile radius to carry coal received strong objection from British Railways (CM, January 26). have been granted the following addition to their B licence conditions: "Solid fuel as return loads from Derbyshire to or from points which are not effectively rail connected, all within 50 miles and all through Bulk Tippers (Cheshire) Ltd. and W. H. Bratt". •
Angus Bros. (Sales) Ltd., which applied for a 40-mile radius has been granted: "industrial solid fuel as return loads from Derbyshire to or from points which are not effectively rail connected all within 40 miles-.
