• One of the surprises of the Commercial Motor Show was the receipt of an order from bus and coach dealer Yeates of Loughborough for 20 Leyland National integral buses. Described to CM by Mr Marcus T. Smith, general manager of Leyland National, as a "significant order", the buses will be sold through Yeates to independent operators.
