Board for Road Transport 11 in the pipeline, the following comments e pertinent relative to speed of action. hey are taken from the first annual report another service industry's training board, Lmely water supply.
This board states that it took the bold :cision to move rapidly and to lay down a nnprehensive policy for training in the dustry from top to bottom. There was the mptation to move slowly, analysing training b-by-job. Had it succumbed to this temption the psychological impact of the board's rmation would have been lost and the board, considers, would have failed to encourage e spirit of urgency that the economic :nation demands.
