SUCKLING TRANSPORT is increasing its vehicle authorisation at its Clydebank operating centre from next month in order to keep up with its customers' changing supply ar rangements.
The fuel haulage company has been given authorisation to transfer vehicles from its Grangemouth depot across to Glasgow to reflect changes in demand in the fuel markets.
Suckling will run seven vehicles from the NuStar, Clydebank terminal, up from its current authorisation of four.
Suckling MD Peter Lamer says: "We are relocating some vehicles from those two locations. We will be drawing less product from lneos at Grangemouth and the product supply is being replaced at NuStar terminals in Grangemouth and Clydebank.
"We are not operating any more vehicles, but we will he operating them more efficiently in that area." In Scotland Suckling Transport also has operating centres in Aberdeen and Inverness.
