Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I see a timely warning in the CPT newsletter, this month, concerning football hooligans. Confed believes that the day could be approaching when operators will require to refuse football hires. If that day ever comes, it will be a lucrative chunk of revenue which will disappear with nothing to replace it. Indeed, for many small operators, the Saturday. afternoon hire is the jam on the bread and butter.

Dennis Howell has asked coach operators to arrive at the grounds not earlier than one hour before kick-off time and tc be away within an hour of the final whistle. But in many. cases, coaches are not allowed into the ground too long beforE the game and are sent packing almost before the players are back in the dressing room. Authorities along the routes impose a no-parking ban and soon it could be that motorway service areas will stick up a "ni football coaches" sign.

Whatever happens, it seem; as if the coach operator must lose. He will suffer either from loss of revenue or a vandalised coach. Neither a happy nor acceptable prospect.
