Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Stolen vehicle recovery specialist Tracker Network helped the police retrieve a record £502,000 worth of HGVs during September. Most valuable of all the vehicles recovered was a Volvo FM12 artic worth 1100,000. The vehicle, stolen in Aston in the West Midlands, was taken using the owner's keys but retrieved just 45 minutes later.

Tracker's stolen vehicle recovery systems include Tracker Retrieve, where the owner contacts Tracker if a vehicle is stolen; and Tracker Monitor, where a sensor in the vehicle alerts Tracker if the vehicle is illegally moved. Both operate via land-based radio signals.

Since 1993 Tracker's onboard devices have helped retrieve more than 500 HGVs.
