Decision deferred • The one-vehicle licence held by Keith, Grampian-based John M Milne has been revoked by Scottish LA Michael Betts. Milne' renewal is being treated as a fresh licence application. Betts' decision has been deferred pending advice from the Vehicle Inspectorate.

• The six-vehicle licence held by Glen and Hazel Evans, trading as Lightloads, of Leamington Spa, has been renewed for the full five years. West Midland LA John Mervyn Pugh said that since a previous public inquiry the partners had followed advice about maintenance.
