Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

4 is preceded by traffic news. Last Wednesday broadcaster Brian Redhead warned listeners of severe delays on the London-bound side of the M20 in Kent. "An articulated lorry has broken down on a roadworks sections blocking the road," reported the smooth Redhead. He finished the brief item by quipping, "Motorists are articulate". So where does that leave truck drivers then? The Hawk was unable to put the question to Redhead but co-broadcaster John Humphries did tell me that his colleague had no intention of offending the truck driving fraternity. "He meant that motorists were rather upset", explained Humphries.

I bet the driver of the broken down truck wasn't too joyful himself.
