THREE north-west ownerdrivers had their operators' licences revoked at a Section 69 enquiry in Manchester. None of the three operators, Mr P. J. Daelargy, of Risley Street, Macclesfield, Mr A. J. Connell, of Beechwood Road, Oldham and Mr E. W. Cloughley, of Hill Lane, Blakely, attended the inquiry.
The North Western Licensing Authority, Mr C. R. Hodgson, decided to revoke the licences after hearing that repeated attempts by vehicle examiners to examine the three operators' vehicles had failed.
All three had originally held licences authorizing the use of one vehicle.
