Commissioners' chairmal Ronald Jackson told Parfitt Motor Services Ltd when h, granted a licence last week.
Parfitts applied for a new pub lic stage service between Rhyrn ney Bridge and Cardiff uncle Section 31 of the 1981 Publi Passenger Vehicles Act.
City of Cardiff Transport, Hill' of Tredegar, Ebons Coaches National Welsh, and local coun cils all lodged objections.
They agreed immediately be fore the hearing that boardini and alighting restrictions shoull apply in Cardiff.
Mr Jackson said the only ow standing objection was fron Mid Glamorgan County Counci and this was not taken into con sideration, as the council wa not present. It was not the corn missioners' responsibility ti read transcripts or other matter referring to the objections. H, added that the commissioner had sacrificed an entire day fa the hearing, and had listel another application for the fol lowing day. In the event, it coull have been heard at the sam time.
