DOW FREIGHT SERVICES c Stockport has won a £500,00 contract to operate nationwide parts distributio service for International Motor of West Bromwich, importers c Subaru, Hyundai and Maserai cars.
Six MAN MT10.136 mediur weight lorries will be used t service the contract. They ar fitted with demountable boxe and will have hydraulic tail lifts.
Dow also operates auto part distribution services for VA( MAN-VW, Leda and Reliant an' claims to run 14 per cent c national parts and accessorie distribution.
It is currently planning expar sion into the distribution c electrical goods. No contract have yet been won, but spokesman for Dow told CMthE it was a field requiring speciali: handling requirements whic Dow could accommodate.
