Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COLT CARS, UK importers for Mitsubishi light vehicles, has no plans to market its L300 panel van in the UK with the 2.3 litre indirect injection diesel shown in an L300 at last month's Amsterdam show. But a fourwheel-drive version is expected in the UK some time in June.

Based on the conventional L300 body shell, the four-wheeldrive van, which is already sold in Europe in left-hand-drive, will have running gear from the Shogun 4x4 range and will probably be powered by a 2.2 litre petrol engine, although final choice of power unit has yet to be announced.

"Price premium" on the 4D55 2.3 litre diesel engine, which has a maximum torque of 145Nm (106 Ibft), is seen as one reason for witholding the 50kW (67 bhp) unit, which is the naturally-aspirated version of the 63kW (84 bhp) turbocharged diesel engine recently introduced on the Shogun hard-top.

Colt currently offers the 787kg (15.5 cwt) payload L300 with the 1.6 litre petrol engine rated at 48kW (64 bhp).
