LLOYD FRASER wants to position 20 vehicles and trailers at a facility in Milborne St Andrew, Blandford Forum, Dorset. The application is related to the irm’s new ive-year contract to collect and distribute fresh milk for Milk Link, which manufactures creams and lavoured milks. Lloyd Fraser will use the Dorset site to collect from farms and distribute to Milk Link customer facilities in the south of England. Keith Spencer, Lloyd
