WINDSORIAN COACHES LTD., of Windsor, Berks, is one of the first coach firms to take evasive action over the Government's proposed PTAs. To forestall these published intentions, the firm has decided to reorganize its affairs so that, if the Government's plans are put into effect, the transfer of the coach fleet assets can be completed with minimum company disturbance.
This has necessitated changing the title of the company to Wintour Holdings Ltd., and a new company is being formed to which the coach operating side of the business is being transferred; this will continue to use the name Windsorian Coaches Ltd.
At the same time the vehicle repairing business known as Shrimptons, will be transferred to the wholly owned subsidiary, Windsorian Touring Co. Ltd.
