THE Minister of Transport has appointed Mr. A. B. B. Valentine as a full-time member of the British Transport Commission. Mr. Valentine will relinquish his appointment as a member of the London Transport Executive.
He has been in the service of London Transport since 1928. He is a past-president of the Institute of Transport.
Lt.-Col. D. Cameron of Lochiel, has been appointed a parttime member of the Commission as being conversant with Scottish transport requirements,
