The corporations of the seaside towns are busying themselves with the consideration of regulations to control motor coach traffic. Blackpool is one of the first. To prevent obstruction or congestion in the borough streets during Faster and Whit .holidays, and during Jane, July, August and September, the following regulations have been made:— " All drivers of chars a-banes or omnibuses entering the borough shall, after unloading their vehicles, drive off immediately to a garage. No char-a-bancs or omnibus shall be permitted to remain in nay streets longer than is necessary for the expeditious unloading of the passengers from the same, or cause an obstruction in such street. The proprietor, driver or any other person in charge of a char-1.-bance -or omnibus shall load or cause the same to be loaded at a garage, and not in a street."
