FORIVIER Conservative Cabinet Minister, Sir Keith Joseph, is bringing a Bill into Parliament to give effect to the 1956 Geneva Convention on the contract for the international carriage of goods by road.
The Bill, which is 19th in the 20 private members' measures chosen by ballot, is clown for second reading in the Commons on February 12.
