THE Minister of Transport has disI missed an appeal by Stockland Garage Ltd. against the decision of the West Midland Traffic Commissioners imposing certain restrictions when granting A variation of the conditions attached to a road service licence for excursions and tours starting from Birmingham. The restrictions related to specific picking-up points, the number of trips and the number of vehicles per trip, and the confining of tours to the industrial holiday month.
