'THE Transport Tribunal, in a written I decision, has dismissed the reconsidered appeal by William Walker of Aberdeen against the refusal of the Scottish deputy Licensing Authority to grant a two-vehicle A licence for timber extraction haulage. (See The Commercial Motor, October 23.) In an addendum to the judgment the Tribunal states that it is not competent to give further consideration to the appeal by John Russell (Grangemouth) Ltd. against its decision in the appeals of Road Services (Caledonian) Ltd. v. John Russell, British Railways Board v. John Russell, and John Russell v, British Railways Board and others. (See The Commercial Motor. July 74).
