An undertaking to cut hedges and verges to maintain visibility led to Richard Warner Haulage winning authority to move the operating centre for its two vehicles and two trailers from Stanhoe to Fakenham, Norfolk. The application was opposed by Norfolk County Council at a Cambridge public inquiry.
