WE regret to record the deaths of Tv MR. BASIL RAWDON JACKSON and MR. ROBERT WILLIAM YOUNC1.
Mr. Jackson was chairman of the British Petroleum Co., Ltd., until his retirement at the end of January. He joined the company in 1921 and became a director in 1948. He was 64.
Mr. Young, who was 82, was formerly a director of Young's Bus Services, Ltd., Paisley.
COACH BUSINESS SOLD STABLISHED 30 years ago, the business of Mr. Charles Shuker, Halesowen, has been sold to Holland Tours, Ltd., Oldbury. Mr. Shuker operated 14 coaches, and for many years carried Austin factory workers from the Halesowen area.
TRENT BOARD CHANGES MEW directors of the Trent Motor Traction Co., Ltd., are Mr. A. E. C. Dent and Mr. G. Dow. Mr. E. S. Hunt and Mr. H. G. N. Read have resigned from the board.
