Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Although Transit continues to dominate the market, its share is slowly slipping as the opposition raise their game. The new model must deliver more extensive use of common-rail technology and better noise suppression. We already know the interior will be given a major revamp.

For the next few months. though. there's still the classic Transit range. Frontand rear-wheeldrive versions give it a comprehensive offering from one basic model. The Durashift automated transmission is now available, and although it performed well around the CMtest route, its appeal is slightly limited by being matched to a single 125hp rating. Load volume options run from 6.6m" to a 14.3m3 Jumbo. Payloads range from 843kg to 1,677kg. Van, chassis-cab and a Ford-approved line of tippers and dropsides are available ex-factory.
