• A 19-seat version of the Ascough Clubman coach, based on an Austin Morris EA 440 chassis, will be used by the Scottish Motor Trade Association to provide a shuttle service between the Kelvin Hall and city hotels during the Scottish Motor Show, which opens in Glasgow next Friday. After the Show closes the vehicle will be available for demonstration through Oliver Rix Commercials Ltd, of Chester.
The show vehicle was built by Cars and Commercials Ltd, of Dublin, for the Dublin firm of Coachways Ltd.
