BECAUSE a vehicle was towi a caravan it fell within the re$ lations requiring a driver to h( a heavy goods vehicle drivi licence, though the vehicle its was below the hgv limit.
As a consequence Kingstc upon-Hull magistrates last WE fined Crendon Concrete Co L of Goole a total of £100 • allowing the vehicle to be driv without an hgv licence, and using it without insurance.
The driver, Victor Oldridge Queensway, Goole, was fin £20 for driving without an h licence and for having no surance.
