victions against the boss of a PSV company who allegedly used his bus to cut-in dangerously in front of a rival.
Thomas Parfitt of Parfitts Motor Services, Rhymney Bridge, Gwent denied failing to give due consideration to other road users and going through a red light, but was convicted by Merthyr magistrates. He was fined £190 and had his driving licence endorsed.
On appeal, Parfitt told Merthyr Crown Court that the driver of a National Express Bustler minibus pulled out suddenly and he overtook it. He was awarded 4defence costs.
