There has been a very rapid development of motorbus services in Holland during the past two years, as is shown by the fact that, whilst in October, 1922, there were only 11 motor omnibuses in service, there tire more than 1,800 at the present time divided among
about 500 owners. Complaints have been made that there is an entire absence of system with respect to the routes served, and to remedy this an association of owners has been organized which has set itself the task of creating a complete network of omnibus lines serving the whole country.
The association of which Mr. A. de Jong is the secretary (Soestdyksche Straatweg, 10, Hilversum), is now stated to be looking for a suitable motorbus for these services. A moderately powerful vehicle with a capacity for about 30 passengers is desired.
