The Berlingo has entered the market at a difficult time and with a retail price of over £10K its difficult to see who it would appeal to outside local authorities and regular London congestion charge zone users. That's not to detract from the package, which is competently put together, if a little underpowered. But our advice would be to go for a Berlingo 2.0HDi.
