I was surprised to note (CM May 10) that the Minister of Transport says he does not have a licence to cover heavy goods vehicles. My licence covers all groups and so does that of my wife. I thought the reason for introducing the new licence was to stop this.
However, maybe Mr. Marsh is under 21; in this case he would be correct.
