• The second AEF international automotive show is due to take place at the Istanbul World Trade Centre in Turkey between 14 and 18 May 1997. The show is organised by the German company Hannover Messe International. Companies wishing to take part must register by 30 November.
• West Midlands Scania dealer Keltruck has opened Iwo new service depots. The sites are in Tamworth and Cheltenham giving Keltruck six service sites in its
region. Scania's west country dealer Westrucks has also opened a service site in Holcombe, Somerset.
