Six Iveco Fords recently made their showbiz tion of the series Heartbeat. The glamorous linedebut. Yorkshire Television, which took delivery up comprises a Daily Hi-Roof 3.5-tonne van with of the trucks, is to dedicate them to the produca crew-cab conversion; four Cargo 7.5-tormers; and a 17.5-tonne Super Cargo. To meet the demands of their new life among the stars the vehicles were custom-built for Yorkshire Television, each one dedicated to a specific task such as carrying cameras, generators or props.
DI course, with its whimsical mixture of nostalgia laced with sixties music, Heartbeat makes the ideal showcase for classic vehicles of that era. At least that's my excuse if ever I'm caught watching it,
