Giving judgment with costs for the plaintiffs against Mr. D. F. Hepburn, a Lloyd's underwriter who subscribed to a Lloyd's policy covering the plaintiffs for goods in transit, Mr. Justice Roskill held that the stolen cigarettes were covered by the policy because although they had reached their destination they had not been unloaded. The insurers contended that cover under the policy had ended because the goods had reached their destination. •
