HlTHERTO oil engines have,in the main, been used as power units for the heavier classes of vehicle with payload capacities from about 2i tons upwards. There are, of course, notable exceptions, amoiigst which May be included the Renault, an example of which is available for' inspection on this stand. Amongst the five vehicles
E60 of this well-known French make to be seen is a 24-ton chassis with a 22 h.p. four-eylindered oil engine. With a somewhat larger four-cylindered compression-ignition power unit of
38.7 h.p. is a 5-tormer. Both •these models are to be seen in chassis form, and will thus permit of close inspection of the salient details. Alongside
