BRS (PARCELS) LTD. have purchased the entire issued share capital of William Cooper and Sons (Carriers) Ltd., of Prestatyn, Flintshire. The transfer took place last Friday.
The company operates a fleet of 21 vehicles, providing a parcels collectionand-delivery service in the Liverpool and Manchester areas and throughout North Wales.
William Cooper and Sons will continue to operate as a separate undertaking, retaining the same name and premises. Mr. William Cooper continues as managing director of the company, with Mr. W. H. Evans. north-western area manager of BRS (Parcels) Ltd., as chairman of the board.
