1E 'transport Holding Company and .eyland Motor Corporation Ltd, have iunced that the exchange of shares in tin of their manufacturing subsidiary panics has now been completed on lines already intimated. That is. the will acouire an interest in Park al Vehicles Ltd.. and The I.eyland or Corporation Ltd. will acquire an 7est in Bristol Commercial Vehicles and Eastern Coach Works Ltd.

boards of Bristol Commercial Vehicles and Eastern Coach Works. and Mr. H. E. Osborn to the board of Park Royal Vehicles.
At the same time Mr. M. T. Smith. general manager of Bristol Commercial Vehicles will join the board of that company. Mr. R. E. Si den, general manager of Eastern Coach Works, is already a director of that company, but he is also a director of Bristol Commercial Vehicles, from which board he will now tesign.
The remaining members of the boards of Bristol Commercial Vehicles and Eastern Coach Works will remain unchanged except that it is necessary in the new circumstances to accept the resignation of Maj.-Gen. (3. N. Russell,
